TOYOTA 1KD, 2KD DIESEL PUMPS SERVICED IN ARMENIA

Toyota’s with 1KD & 2KD engines have Denso common rail diesel injection systems. Since diesel fuel is subjected to contamination from water and other particles this damages the HP3 diesel pump. The result can be low pressure directly affecting engine performance or total failure.

SERVICE EXCHANGE

Service exchange units are available and core credits can be issued if the old pump is repairable. Manually try and turn the main shaft. If this turns the pump should still be repairable. If not then it has totally seized and major damages will prevent repair.

INJECTORS

These are not yet repairable and only new are available. Please quote the pump part number when ordering injectors.
